Another one of the many benefits Lannon Stone Realty offers is our mentoring program. This provides a new or newer agent the ability to properly learn what it takes to be a successful real estate agent. Upon interviewing an agent joining our firm, we will select an mentor that best fits the need of the inexperienced agent. The mentor will be either a licensed broker or an agent who has closed more than 10 million dollars of real estate sales.
The mentor will also be willing to and make time for the new agent to help them when needed.
We understand that not all personalities work well together, therefore the managing broker of our firm will have an bi-weekly phone conversation with the mentored agent to check up on the progression of said agent.
This mentoring program will be in place until the mentored agent has effectively closed six transactions. At that time, the mentored agent will be allowed to go out on their own and have the same 100% commission, $200.00 closing fee as other non-mentored & non-team members receive.

I'll answer that question like this, it can be! Most people feel that the study course and test are extremely difficult and I'm not debating that. I will see that taking and passing the test is much easier then making a successful living in real estate sales. This is why most new agents are gone from the business as soon as it's time to take your continuing education credits. A licensed real estate agent must take their career very seriously.
