When Lannon Stone Realty brought on our 1st agent in early 2021 our journey began. We have now grown to around 140 agents, we feel very blessed that so many Wisconsin agents have joined our adventure. Since we began, I have been asked these questions many times, "Why would you open a real estate firm w/o taking a split?" and "What's in it for you?" My answer, I am the point in my life that I felt I wanted to give back to the industry that I love. I no longer actively sell; my days consist of mainly helping our agents navigate through their daily conflicts and I also attempt to spread the word to non-LSR agents on why they should move their license to LSR.
Those reasons are numerous, but I'll share a few. A no split 100% commissions payout minus only $200 per closed transactional side. Ongoing optional training that concentrates on how to generate more business for our agents. Valuable tech tools that work automatically to help our agents build their own brand. 7 day a week support so no agent ever goes to sleep at night worried about a transaction. There is much more I could add, but I think you see why we've grown so quickly. I'm writing this blog in June of 2025; this month we'll close over 100 transactions and pay our agents somewhere around a million dollars. We have begun bringing new agents into our firm, highlighting our mentor program and pre-licensing course. Our goal is to make the life of every real estate agent. I'd like us to talk too.
